Northwest Montana Community Land Trust, Inc. (NWMTCLT)  has had 66 homes located in

neighborhoods throughout the city of Kalispell and in the Trailview neighborhood in Whitefish.  In 2024 8 homes were added in Whitefish and four in Kalispell with plans to add more homes in Columbia Falls, Whitefish and Kalispell in 2025.  NWMTCLT stewards single-family homes and townhomes with a range of sizes.
